WHAT DO YOU WANT TO ACHIEVE IN
YOUR INDUSTRIAL CONTROLLED ENVIRONMENT?

We assist in drawing up spatial specifications and advise on the consequences of your choice for technology and finances. With that, we engineer, design, deliver and install industrial systems and cleanrooms from start to finish. Our roots lie in ventilation system engineering. Air quality is one of the most important factors in a cleanroom. If that is not entirely right, it is immediately noticeable and affects the quality of your product.

QUALITY

The GAMP-V model forms the basis for our design and implementation of cleanroom systems. This means that all the steps in the design and implementation process are laid down in accordance with the guidelines of the FDA. For quality assurance we conduct inspections and test that all components in the implementation function correctly. An account is given of each component in the IQ and OQ reports. The documentation also adheres to the FDA guidelines. The advantage for you: you have total control of the system; the system does not control you.

CLEVER, WELL-THOUGHT-OUT PROCESS

Clever designs, with a minimum of lost or unusable space and easy to clean. Besides the systems, these are important factors that determine your return. And here too: a well-thought-out design works! Building classified rooms or cleanrooms involves more than just the ventilation.

In consultation we also implement the following disciplines, together with your installer or our experts: walls, doors, floors, pass-throughs, facilities such as gases, types of water, electricity and other utilities if necessary.

RENOVATION AND RENEWAL OF EXISTING ROOMS

We also upgrade existing rooms to new standards. We retain any usable existing systems as much as possible. Our years of experience and no-nonsense approach enable us to modify your room with a minimal loss of your valuable production time. And we have the flexibility in our own production facility to work out your project tailored to your needs and according to your schedule.

OUR ADVICE FOR WALL AND CEILING SYSTEMS:

Wanden

SANDWICH PANEL

The sandwich panel is smooth with a polyurethane coating and foam filling. The filling can be Rockwool if the ceiling must be fire-resistant. Windows and doors are cut into the panels.

Advantages:
inexpensive, fast construction time

Disadvantages:
windows and doors are not flush, so not suitable for pharmaceutics under all circumstances (can be supplied with flush windows and doors, however this totally cancels out the price advantage)

STEEL

A steel interior wall (1 mm) with mineral wool and steel exterior wall (1 mm), mounted on steel sections. Windows and doors are flush in the walls.

Advantages:
as standard suitable for pharmaceutics

Disadvantages:
steel cannot be used under all circumstances if caustic cleaning methods or processes are used. (Stainless steel can be used.)

COMPOSITE

Aluminum composite walls (= 0.5 mm aluminum, 5 mm PE, 0.5 mm aluminum) with aluminum sections, aluminum composite. Windows and doors are flush in the walls.

Advantages:
light, strong, resistant to dents, resistant to many chemicals

ALUMINUM

Aluminum sections with glass or Plexiglas panels.

Advantages:
light, strong, transparent

Disadvantages:
not flush

Beloopbare plafonds

Aluminum sections with trafficable panels.

  • Panels of steel-plaster-steel approx. 15 mm thick
  • Panels of steel-foam-steel approx. 30 mm thick
  • Bottom panels of aluminum composite and top panels of Trespa or wood
  • Panels with acoustic properties
